Professor

I am currently a professor at the Federal University of Goias (UFG) in Goiás-Brazil, working at the Materials Science Group. I finished my PhD in 2009 at the Unicamp (IFGW institute). During my PhD, I spent six months working with Prof. Nick Barrett at the CEA, France. I did the posdoc in the same Centre.

  • Surface Physics (XPS, UPS, LEED, XPD).

  • Materials Science  (Catalysts, Metallic Nanoparticles, Metal-Semiconductor Interface).

  • Photoemission and Photoelectron Diffraction studies using Synchrotron Radiation.

  • Magnetic Dichroism in Photoemission.
